Mr. Li Xiang is the Founder, the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Li is responsible for the overall strategy, product design, business development and management of our Company. Mr. Li has over 20 years of founding and managing internet technology companies in China, including over 15 years of experience focusing on the automotive industry. Mr. Li is the founder of Autohome Inc., (NYSE: ATHM; HKEX stock code: 2518), and served as its president from 1999 to June 2015. Autohome Inc. is the leading online destination for automobile consumers in China. At Autohome Inc., Mr. Li was primarily responsible for its overall strategy, content creation and product development. From May 2015 to September 2018, Mr. Li served as a director of NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO). From May 2017 to December 2021, Mr. Li served as an independent director of Beijing Siwei Tuxin Technology Co., Ltd. (北京四维图新科技股份有限公司) (Shenzhen Stock Exchange stock code: 002405), and is also on the board of directors of several private companies.
