Zheng Fan
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Fan Zheng is a non-executive Director (under the Hong Kong Listing Rules) of the Company and has served as our independent director (under applicable U.S. regulations) since October 2020. Prior to joining us, Mr. Fan served as co-founder and vice president of Autohome from June 1999 to October 2016. At Autohome, Mr. Fan was primarily responsible for its technological operations. Mr. Fan graduated with a college diploma in computer science from Hebei University of Science and Technology in July 2000.
